Description
The PUDU D9 is a full-sized bipedal humanoid robot developed by Pudu Robotics, standing at 170 cm tall and weighing 65 kg. It features 42 degrees of freedom across its joints, allowing for human-like mobility and dexterity. Equipped with the PUDU DH11 dexterous hand, the D9 is capable of dual-hand operations, enhancing its versatility in various tasks.
Designed with dynamic mobility in mind, the PUDU D9 can walk at speeds comparable to adult humans, reaching up to 2 meters per second on flat surfaces. It adeptly navigates stairs, slopes, and other challenging terrains, making it suitable for diverse environments. The robot’s advanced visual semantic navigation system, combined with high-accuracy sensors, enables real-time 3D mapping and autonomous route planning, ensuring precise self-positioning and obstacle avoidance.
In terms of manipulation, the D9 is equipped with two 7-degree-of-freedom robotic arms, each capable of handling payloads exceeding 20 kg. This strength allows the robot to perform tasks that require significant force, such as lifting and transporting objects. The integration of the PUDU DH11 dexterous hand further enhances its ability to execute delicate and precise operations, broadening its application potential in industries like retail, hospitality, healthcare, and cleaning.
